BRSCHNITT will cover return shipping costs if:

• The item was damaged during delivery;
• The wrong product was shipped.

For returns caused by personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong item, selecting the wrong size/specification, or changing your mind, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We provide product replacements for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
