Diamond Drill Bits

They are mainly designed for drilling hard and brittle materials, including porcelain tiles, granite, marble, quartz, and concrete.

Start drilling at a 45-degree angle to create a positioning groove, then slowly bring the bit upright. Using water cooling (for wet-use bits) significantly extends tool lifespan.

Diamond Saw Blades

Blades marked "Dry & Wet" can be used for both applications. Using water cools the blade and reduces dust, while dry cutting offers quick convenience without water supply.

The X-Mesh design helps reduce cutting resistance and dissipates heat quickly, delivering smooth, fast cuts with minimal edge chipping on porcelain and marble.

Diamond Tools Guide

Many of our tools (such as vacuum-brazed diamond bits and X-mesh saw blades) support both dry and wet applications. Using water (wet application) reduces dust and extends tool life, while dry application offers maximum convenience. Please refer to individual product pages for recommended speeds and usage instructions.

Grinding Wheels

Double-row diamond cup wheels offer aggressive material removal and high efficiency, perfect for leveling concrete and granite surfaces or removing coatings.

Always ensure your power tool does not exceed the maximum RPM rating of the wheel, wear eye and dust protection, and keep the safety guard properly installed.

Polishing Pads

Wet pads provide a higher-gloss finish and generate no dust, ideal for shop environments. Dry pads offer fast convenience without requiring water on job sites.

Always follow a step-by-step sequence from coarse to fine: start with lower grits (e.g., 50#, 100# for rough grinding), move through medium grits (400#, 800#), and finish with high grits (1500#, 3000# for high gloss).

Non-Diamond Drill Bits

We offer Tungsten Carbide Tipped (TCT) bits, woodworking bits, and twist drill bits, which are ideal for drilling wood, PVC/plastics, ceramic wall tiles, brick, and metals.

Apply masking tape over the drilling area or use a center punch for positioning, then drill with steady pressure at moderate speeds.

Standard Saw Blades

They are designed for precise cutting of wood, aluminum, PVC pipes, plastics, and non-ferrous metals.

Lower tooth counts (e.g., 24T–40T) are best for fast, rough rip cuts, while higher tooth counts (e.g., 60T–80T) provide smooth, burr-free crosscuts.

Product Comparisons

Target Materials: Diamond Saw Blades are specifically designed for cutting hard, brittle, and abrasive materials such as porcelain tiles, ceramic, granite, marble, concrete, and stone. Non-Diamond Saw Blades (such as TCT blades) are designed for wood, plastics/PVC, aluminum, and general metal pipes.

Cutting Mechanism: Diamond blades cut via grinding with diamond grains to deliver clean edges with minimal chipping on stone and tile. Non-diamond blades cut via sharp carbide teeth, providing fast and smooth crosscuts on wood and soft metals.

Target Materials & Action: Diamond Drill Bits (hole saws/core bits) use rotary grinding to bore smooth holes through tough tiles, porcelain, marble, granite, and glass without cracking the surface. Non-Diamond Drill Bits (such as TCT tile bits, woodworking bits, and twist drills) use point cutting for wood, PVC, soft ceramic wall tiles, bricks, and metal.

Operation & Cooling: When using diamond bits, start drilling at a 45° angle to prevent slippage before bringing it upright. Water cooling (or internal cooling wax) significantly extends their lifespan. Non-diamond bits can generally be positioned directly perpendicular to the target surface.

Material & Construction: HSS Blades (High-Speed Steel) are manufactured from a single piece of high-speed steel. TCT Blades (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) feature an alloy steel body with ultra-hard tungsten carbide tips welded onto the teeth.

Target Applications: HSS Blades are ideal for cutting metals, steel pipes, stainless steel, and aluminum profiles. TCT Blades are best for wood (hardwood, plywood, MDF), plastics/PVC, and non-ferrous metals.

Maintenance: HSS blades possess excellent toughness and can be resharpened multiple times. TCT blades offer superior hardness and wear resistance for fast, clean cuts, but resharpening is limited and requires specialized equipment.
