Application:

Drill holes in stainless steel, steel plates, profiles, castings, aluminium alloys, copper and other metal plates;

Stainless steel plate (thickness of 8MM or less), steel plate (thickness of 25MM or less), aluminium plate (thickness of 25MM or less), etc., generally is recommended for plates with a thickness of 15MM or less;

Features:

Note:

1. For different materials, use the appropriate RPM for the number of revolutions;

2. The material being cut must be fixed, no movement and vertical;

3. In the continuous high-speed drilling process, it is best to add emulsified oil or other cutting fluid;

4. If processing the material of more than 15mm thickness, please remove the spring before drilling;

5. After penetrating the material being cut, wait for a while before drilling, to avoid the moment of penetration, the edge of the hole drill and the material being cut to have a violent impact;

6. If there is any abnormality during the cutting process or the chip removal material is blocked in the chip removal groove, gently remove it and use it again;

7. The edge is relatively sharp, remember not to touch with your hands
